HAY CONGRESS:

I think you’re forgetting about something.  The First Amendment.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

You cannot do this.  I mean literally, the Constitution prohibits you from doing this.   The fact that you name “antifa” by name in this bill means you directly target a particular group as an “exemption” to the First Amendment.    People have a right to protest other groups, the government, and any entity they want, with or without the mask.

If you pass this law you throw off even the pretense that your party still respects the Constitution.
